Night of Error

Mike Trevelyan loses his estranged brother under mysterious circumstances while he is away doing research work on a remote Pacific atoll. Reports surrounding his death mark it as suspicious.

They are both trained geologists but whereas Mike chose to stick to the science, Mark had no qualms circumventing procedure or flouting convention to grab glory for himself. There had been no love lost between them.

But then a set of violent events makes Mike realise he has to investigate his brother’s death and solve the mystery once and for all.

What is so significant about the heavy nodules of rock that litter the sea bed around most of the world?
